ATRX-deficient IDH-wildtype and H3-wildtype adult gliomas are rare and include mostly GBs and some recently described new entities, such as high-grade astrocytoma with piloid features (HGAP)7 and glioneuronal tumor with ATRX alteration, kinase fusion and anaplastic features (GTAKA)8. Here, ATRX is linked to central nervous system cancer.
