INS and eating disorder: The analysis of univariate logistic regression showed ten factors related to the maintenance of a normal glycated hemoglobin result, i.e., female sex, living in an urban area, tertiary education, BMI, disease acceptance level, degree of adherence to dietary recommendations, the risk of eating disorders, the level of the sense of responsibility for one’s health, knowledge of the daily number of insulin units, and knowing the calorie value of one’s diet (p < 0.05).
