From this prognostic analysis, loss-of-function mutations in 15 genes, including KALRN, SLC18A2, ABCA8, STK11, ATP1A4, CHST1, CUBN, GK5, HERC1, MAP3K6, MED1, NADSYN1, PDE4B, TNS2, and USP20 were found to be closely related to prognosis in patients with CESC (Supplementary Table 1 and Fig. 1C). This evidence concerns the gene ATP1A4 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
