Therefore, we investigated the correlations between the expression level of ICPs and PTPN2 in pan-cancer to characterize the potential role of PTPN2 in immunotherapy and the results indicated that the expression of PTPN2 was significantly positively correlated with ICPs in most cancers (Fig. 3b), which suggested that PTPN2 might coordinate the activity of ICPs in different pathways and might be considered an ideal immunotherapeutic marker.
