In the present study, we demonstrated that the role of PTPNs in cancer may be related to mediating cell cycle related pathways, confirmed differential expression of PTPN2 at the clinical level between AML patients and normal subjects, indicated that AML may be a promising candidate for PTPN2 suppression immunotherapy, and constructed a nomogram for risk assessment in AML. This evidence concerns the gene PTPN2 and acute myeloid leukemia.
