PSMA-617 (vipivotide tetraxetan), which carries a DOTA (1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid) chelator and is labeled with the beta-emitting radionuclide lutetium-177 ([177Lu]PSMA-617, PLUVICTOTM), has shown clinical proof-of-concept in PrCa patients [6], and is approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of patients with PSMA-positive metastatic castration-resistant PrCa who have been treated with androgen receptor pathway inhibition and taxane-based chemotherapy. Here, FOLH1 is linked to pure red-cell aplasia.
