Gene set enrichment analysis performed on the dif-ferentially-expressed genes revealed that genes that have been associated with GBM were found in our human GBM-like organoids, such as BCAN, a GBM-invasive marker, KPNA2, which is associated with metabolic reprogramming, and, notably, upregulatedSOX4, consistent with what others have described (32, 44, 45). The gene discussed is KPNA2; the disease is glioblastoma.
