Different expression of miR-92a.1 was detected in RRMS versus healthy controls and SPMS patients (Gandhi et al., 2013).MiR-92a.1 showed an association with EDSS scores and disease duration (Gandhi et al., 2013). MiR-92a was elevated in CD4+ T cells from patients with MS and it has been suggested to play a major disease-promoting role in CNS autoimmunity (Fujiwara et al., 2022). Here, CD4 is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
