The findings did not indicate a significant relationship between dietary habits and the incidence of PCOS when data was collected without adjusting for body composition. The seven-day food analysis revealed a high intake of energy foods among women with PCOS compared with controls. There was a positive correlation between carbohydrate consumption and FSH levels. There were mixed findings regarding the impact of physical activity, with some studies showing no difference between test and control groups, while others demonstrate some degree of positive association. Here, BRD2 is linked to polycystic ovary syndrome.
