In clinical aspects, our results showed that a high infiltration rate of CD8+ T cells was substantially associated with positive clinical outcomes in ACC, BRCA, HNSC, LUAD, SKCM, UCEC, and LGG (P<0.05; Table 1; Figure 4A, B, C, E, G, H, and I) but not significant in other cancers (Supplementary Table S1). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is adrenal cortex carcinoma.
