With the development of epigenetic concepts and technology, evidence showed that ac4C, as a conservative chemical RNA modification catalyzed by the acetyltransferase NAT10,[29] was involved in the pathogenesis of various diseases including metabolic diseases and cancer.[39] By NAT10‐specific RIP sequencing method, a recent study showed that ac4C modification was significantly increased in cancer‐induced bone pain in rats.[8] However, whether the spinal NAT10 participated in the neuropathic pain induced by SNI is not clarified. This evidence concerns the gene NAT10 and cancer.
