HLA-C and neoplasm: According to current studies, polysaccharides act on PRRs and promote the maturation of DCs through various pathways such as PI3K/AKT, MAPK, NF-κB, and Dectin-1/Syk, specifically by increasing the expression of costimulatory molecules and MHC class molecules, weakening endocytosis, activating T cells, and increasing the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines, in addition to regulating the intracellular metabolism of DCs, thereby enhancing immune response and playing an important role in tumor invasion and improvement of tumor disease prognosis.
