CD86 and lung carcinoma: (80) found that the anticancer drug S-1, combined with lentinan (LNT), was able to prolong the survival of Sato lung carcinoma–bearing rats from 11.1 ± 0.7 to 15.4 ± 2.1 days, and immunohistochemical staining showed that the accumulation of tumor-infiltrating CD86+ DCs in the combination group was twice as much as that of the non-drug group.
