Fuhrman grade of 3 or 4, anaemia, C-reactive protein (CRP) of > 3 mg/L, Charlson Comorbidity Index (CCI) ≥ 3, and advanced tumor T-stage (T3/T4) were also all significant negative predictors of OS; whereas, only Fuhrman grade 3–4 and advanced tumor T-stage were also negative predictors of RFS (Table 2).
