As a result, high HLA-G expression was significantly linked to shorter OS in CRC patients (HR = 1.46, 95% CI = 1.17–1.81, P = 0.001) and colon cancer patients (HR = 1.39, 95% CI = 1.04–1.86, P = 0.028) but not in patients with rectal cancer (HR = 0.88, 95% CI = 0.66–1.18, P = 0.418). This evidence concerns the gene HLA-G and colorectal carcinoma.
