The infiltration levels of CD8 + T cells (scramble, 18.15%; shZDHHC9, 35.38%; p < 0.0001) and NK cells (scramble, 4.533%; shZDHHC9, 11.71%; p < 0.0001) were significantly higher in 4T1-shZDHHC9 tumor tissues, whereas those of CD4 + T cells and Treg cells were similar between 4T1-scramble and 4T1-shZDHHC9 tumor tissues (Fig. 9D–G).
