The xenograft model bearing tumors derived from CLAC cells showed a decrease of tumor volume in response to the administration of rMV-SLAMblind as compared with the control group (Fig. 3a), suggesting that rMV-SLAMblind has an antitumor effect on a part of nectin-4-positive canine lung cancer cell lines.
