We investigated the oncolytic activity of rMV-SLAMblind in various nectin-4-positive human cancer cell lines including breast cancer, triple negative breast cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer and pancreatic cancer, and showed that rMV-SLAMblind exerted strong cytotoxicity in vitro and an inhibitory effect on tumor growth in xenograft models12,25–28. This evidence concerns the gene NECTIN4 and lung cancer.
