IL6 and cancer: The results showed that epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT), angiogenesis, interleukin-6 (IL-6)/Janus kinase (JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) signaling, inflammatory response, complement and coagulation cascades, KRAS signaling, tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-⍺) signaling via nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), and pathways in cancer were enriched in the high-ABCA1 group.
