To provide some theoretical basis for immune checkpoint treatment strategies in bladder cancer, we also explored the expression difference of key immune checkpoints (LAG3, HAVCR2, CTLA4, PDCD1LG2, PDCD1, TNFRSF18, TNFRSF9, TNFRSF4, TNFSF4, TNFSF18, TNFSF9 and TIGIT) between the high- and low-risk groups. This evidence concerns the gene PDCD1LG2 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
