To provide some theoretical basis for immune checkpoint treatment strategies in bladder cancer, we also explored the expression difference of key immune checkpoints (LAG3, HAVCR2, CTLA4, PDCD1LG2, PDCD1, TNFRSF18, TNFRSF9, TNFRSF4, TNFSF4, TNFSF18, TNFSF9 and TIGIT) between the high- and low-risk groups. Here, TIGIT is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
