The analysis of the differential expression of immune checkpoints between the high-risk and low-risk groups showed that the expression of LAG3, HAVCR2, CTLA4, PDCD1LG2, PDCD1, TNFRSF18, TNFRSF9, TNFRSF4, TNFSF4, TNFSF18, TNFSF9, and TIGIT was higher in the high-risk group of BLCA patients than in the low-risk group. Here, TNFSF4 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
