To provide some theoretical basis for immune checkpoint treatment strategies in bladder cancer, we also explored the expression difference of key immune checkpoints (LAG3, HAVCR2, CTLA4, PDCD1LG2, PDCD1, TNFRSF18, TNFRSF9, TNFRSF4, TNFSF4, TNFSF18, TNFSF9 and TIGIT) between the high- and low-risk groups. The gene discussed is HAVCR2; the disease is urinary bladder carcinoma.
