Consistent with CXCR6 being the most highly upregulated chemokine, we found that CD69+ CD103+ CXCR6+ CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were expanded in both the cLP and intraepithelial layer in mice with CPI colitis in comparison to control mice (Fig. 7f, g).
