CTLA4 and colitis: Taken together, these data indicate that anti-PD-1 and anti-CTLA4 monotherapies regulate a very similar spectrum of genes and biological pathways in the colon during CPI-induced colitis, although the magnitude of the transcriptional response tends to be greater with anti-CTLA4 than anti-PD-1, and for some genes is further increased when anti-CTLA4 and anti-PD-1 are combined.
