Moreover, we found that TRIM26 phosphorylation levels were correlated with PLK1 activity in a panel of glioma cell lines (Supplementary Fig. S4c) and confirmed endogenous binding between PLK1 and TRIM26 (Supplementary Fig. S4d), suggesting that PLK1 is a key kinase that targets TRIM26.
