TNFSF13B and coronary artery disorder: In the post-LT group, the independent associations with higher anti-Spike IgG response were the absence of coronary artery disease [estimate 1.08 (0.19, 1.96), p = 0.0177 for its absence], lack of MMF-based immunosuppression [estimate 0.78 (0.43, 1.13), p < 0.001 for lack of MMF treatment], lower levels of BAFF [estimate 2.34 (1.17, 3.51), p = 0.0001], and higher levels of lymphotoxin-α/TNFβ [estimate 0.30 (0.02, 0.59), p = 0.0375].
