We observed a significant increase in several cytokines, such as B-cell activating factor (BAFF), B lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC), cluster of differentiation (CD)30, epithelial neutrophil-activating peptide (ENA)-78, eotaxin-1, -2 and -3, interferon, IL-1α and IL-1β, and more in patients with AD compared with control subjects at baseline (Fig 11, false discovery rate green values for CoT1). The gene discussed is TNFSF13B; the disease is Alzheimer disease.
