We evaluated the FcγRIIIa binding index in a subset of suspected ITP patients with FcγRIIIa binding reactivity and found it to be significantly lower compared to the FcγRIIIa binding index of the FNAIT cohort, suggesting that the role may be less relevant in ITP than in FNAIT (Figure 4F).
