Unlike co-expression data in the high TNF mRNA group in PCa patients (Table S2), the gene expression of other cytokines/chemokines or their receptors was not changed or significantly elevated in PC3-M and C4–2B-M cells compared to the parental cell lines (qRT-PCR data not shown; cytokines/chemokines: IL17A, CXCL3, CXCL6, CXCL17, CXCL10, CXCL9, CXCL12, CXCL13, CCL2, CCL8, CCL4L1, CCL5, CCL19, CCL21, CCL7, and CCL18; cytokine/chemokine receptors: TNFRSF1A/TNFR1, TNFRSF1B/TNFR2, CXCR6, CXCR3, CXCR5, CXCR4, CXCR2, CXCR1, CCR5, CCR1, CCR6, CCR7, CCR2, CCR9, and CCR3). This evidence concerns the gene CCR9 and posterior cortical atrophy.
