The CD163 scavenger receptor was reported as a cell surface marker of M2‐TAMs.[50, 51, 52] We found it abundantly expressed in BMDMs, BMDCs, and Raw264.7 macrophages, but poorly expressed in 4T1 and Hepa1‐6 cancer cells as well as NIH/3T3 fibroblasts (Figure S11a, Supporting Information).
