ADRB2 and asthma: Consistent with ISO results seen in Fig. 3, FSK produced significantly higher concentration-dependent cAMP formation in asthma-diseased cells compared to normal SAEC at concentrations of 1, 10, 100, and 300 μM (p < 0.001 for each versus normal, d = 11.8, 4.4, 19.3, and 5.5 versus normal, respectively), suggesting differences are not β2AR mediated (Fig. 5A).
