TP53 and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease: The results indicated that the top 5 KEGG pathways in the high-risk LUAD group were Alzheimer’s disease, p53 signaling pathway, Cell cycle, Proteasome, and pyrimidine metabolism, whereas the top 5 pathways in the Low-risk patients were Asthma, Autoimmune thyroid disease, Primary immunodeficiency, Hematopoietic cell lineage, and Intestinal immune network for IGA production.
