Using the online DKFZ brain tumor DNA methylation-based classifier tool11 (http://www.molecularneuropathology.org/), we also assigned a molecular subgroup to this series and found that, while the infratentorial location is not per se suggestive of any tumor subgroup, the supratentorial location could suggest both MYC or SHH subtypes (Fig. 1A, B; Supplementary Data 1).
