The H&E, CD31, Ki67, and TUNEL-related antigen staining confirmed that RT+ Gly-PFOBs (O2) 1 h~2 h (Group III) treatment produced the most significant inhibition of tumor cells among all groups, while RT+ Gly-PFOBs (O2) 0 h and RT+ CESTs (O2) 3 h (Group II and Group IV) induced moderate levels of tumor cell apoptosis and necrosis (Fig. 5h and Supplementary Fig. 13b–d).
