First, we divided the PCa patients into two clusters (C1 and C2) according to the average expression levels of whole integrin αvβ3/α6β1 (ITGAV, ITGA6, ITGB1, ITGB3) in the TCGA cohort, and we performed gene cluster analysis for the two clusters to identify significant DEGs based on the whole genetic transcriptomes of 496 PCa patients in the TCGA dataset, and 13994 DEGs were identified in the two clusters (Figure 3A). The gene discussed is ITGAV; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
