Recent studies have increasingly recognized FAM107A as a tumor suppressor, with overexpression of FAM107A inhibiting proliferation and promoting cell apoptosis.[32,33] In this study, we have observed a downregulation of FAM107B in tumor samples compared, which was consistent with previous studies,[34] but the low expression of FAM107B was closely related to the favorable prognosis. The gene discussed is FAM107A; the disease is neoplasm.
