PCSK9 and cancer: GDSC showed that high expression of PCSK9 could make cancer more sensitive to IPA-3 (target PAK1), (5Z)-7-Oxozeaenol (target TAK1), Nutlin-3a (target MDM2), Navitoclax (target BCL2) and resistant to Docetaxel (target microtubule stabilizer), Epothilone B (target microtubule stabilizer), OSU-03012 (target PDK1) (Figure 9A).
