Figure 9B shows that while the numbers of memory B cells, CD4 resting T cells, monocytes, and resting dendritic cells are lower in individuals with bipolar disorder, the levels of naïve B cells, plasma cells, and resting mast cells are greater. There is a differential infiltration correlation according to the correlation of 22 types of immune cells, excluding naïve T cells and Eosinophils (Figure 9C). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and bipolar disorder.
