Among these proteinsare STT3A and RFT1, and both are ER-associated and part of N-linkedprotein glycosylation machinery.37 STT3Ais a subunit of N-glycosyltransferase, and RFT1 is believed to bepart of a flippase assembly, transferring a precursor oligosaccharideacross the ER membrane to be utilized by glycosyltransferase.38 The protein expressions of STT3A and RFT1 arehighly correlated in most cancer types, and both proteins showed highcorrelation to the HLA-I protein level in several cancer types (Figure S8c).
