The results showed that genes in the high and low-risk groups were significantly associated with NO2IL12 pathway (Supplementary Figure 5B), peptide hormone metabolism (Figure 8C), ADORA2B mediated anti-inflammatory cytokines production (Supplementary Figure 5D), metabolic reprogramming in pancreatic cancer (Supplementary Figure 5E), MET promotes cell motility (Supplementary Figure 5F), assembly of collagen fibrils, and other multimeric structures (Supplementary Figure 5G). The gene discussed is ADORA2B; the disease is pancreatic neoplasm.
