Overexpression of GAS41 has been observed in various cancer types, such as breast cancer [38], non-small cell lung cancer [31, 39], hepatocellular carcinoma [35, 40], pancreatic cancer [41, 42], gastric cancer [43, 44], colorectal cancer [45, 46], atypical adipose carcinoma [47], ovarian cancer [48], and uterine fibroids [49, 50].
