Our findings indicated that some of FRGs were significantly upregulated in TB samples compared to HC samples, including GCH1, CYBB, SOCS1, DUSP1, CHMP5, SLC40A1, SAT1, NFE2L2, ACSL3, TNFAIP3, WIPI1, ZFP36, ANO6, ACSL4, and HIF1A, while PEBP1, SNX4, ELAVL1, BNIP3, TUBE1, and OTUB1 were expressed at low levels in TB group (Figs. 2B, D). The gene discussed is ELAVL1; the disease is tuberculosis.
