S100P and central nervous system cancer: Survival analysis identified that higher expression of S100P was statistically linked with poor survival in five cancers (Fig. 1D), including PAAD, glioma(GBMLGG), LUAD, LIHC, adrenocortical carcinoma(ACC) with 1.18(95% CI 1.08,1.28), 1.12(95% CI 1.04,1.20), 1.07(95% CI 1.02,1.12), 1.05(95% CI 1.00,1.09), 1.13(95% CI 1.01,1.28), significantly in PAAD, and this finding was validated in E-MTAB-6134 with identical results (Fig. 1E).
