AMH and polycystic ovary syndrome: PCOS women had higher FAI (3.1 ± 2.9 vs 1.7 ± 3.4, p=0.002), testosterone (1.1 ± 0.5 vs 0.8 ± 0.4 nmol/L, p=0.01), androstenedione (4.1 ± 1.5 vs 2.5 ± 1.2 nmol/L, p<0.001), AMH (56 ± 14 vs 24 ± 14 ng/mL, p<0.001), LH (14.9 ± 14.3 vs 6.0 ± 8.3 iU/L, p=0.01) and triglycerides (1.3 ± 0.7 vs 1.0 ± 0.5 mmol/L, p=0.03) compared to control women without PCOS.
