CSF2 and melanoma: The results showed that the neoantigens of melanoma generated through Neo-intline could (1) stimulate the activation of T cells in-vitro, (2) inhibit tumour growth in mice by combining with adjuvants such as GM-CSF and Poly (I:C), and (3) illustrate anticancer ability through combination therapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors of anti-PD1/anti-PDL1 antibodies.
