NF-κB activation has been observed in a variety of tumors, such as liver cancer, T-lymphocytic leukemia, breast cancer, cervical squamous cell carcinoma, ovarian cancer, thyroid cancer, Hodgkin’s lymphoma, small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and malignant melanoma (Runde et al., 2022).
