NF-κB activation has been observed in a variety of tumors, such as liver cancer, T-lymphocytic leukemia, breast cancer, cervical squamous cell carcinoma, ovarian cancer, thyroid cancer, Hodgkin’s lymphoma, small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and malignant melanoma (Runde et al., 2022). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and breast cancer.
