In this study, we found that patients with RA presented a decreasing trend in the inflammation-associated indices CCL5-mRNA and MPIG6B-mRNA in serum exosomes compared to patients with OA, suggesting that there may be negative feedback in the transcription level of CCL5-mRNA and MPIG6B-mRNA derived from serum exosomes in patients with RA. Here, CCL5 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
