The results showed that, only at 48 h post infection, not at 24 h, T. marneffei up-regulated the phosphorylation level of JunB, while NCOR2-013 overexpression inhibited the elevation of p-JunB, but there was no significant difference in p-c-Jun under T. marneffei infection or NCOR2-013 overexpression (Fig. 4h, i).
