As compared to normal tissues, PHF5A expression was considerably elevated in Bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), Breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), Cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), Colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), Esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), Liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), Lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), Stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and Cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC) with a p-value of less than 0.05. This evidence concerns the gene PHF5A and invasive breast carcinoma.
