No significant differences in CA scores were observed across other important clinical variables including tumour stage (Kruskal-Wallis, p = 0.19), BRCA1 and BRCA2 germline mutation status (Kruskal-Wallis, p = 0.36), or between treatment-naïve (immediate primary surgery [IPS]) and postchemotherapy initiation specimens (delayed primary surgery [DPS]; Wilcoxon, p = 0.26; Fig. 4b–d).
