Preliminary data from the phase 1/2 IGNYTE clinical trial (NCT03767348) of RP1 in combination with nivolumab (anti-PD-1) in patients with skin cancer demonstrated evidence of durable response, with a median (range) duration of response of 13.3 (3.7–16.9) months, including responses in those with cutaneous melanoma who did not respond to or progress on anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-1/anti-CTLA-4 therapy (six out of 16; ORR 37.5%). This evidence concerns the gene PDCD1 and skin cancer.
