Of these 26 proteins in module 2, two proteins were positively associated with the level of blood lipids (Fig 4F), and SELENBP1 and MSN were significantly increased in cluster 3 of CHD, such that SELENBP1 increased by 51% (P = 0.0114) and MSN increased by 201% (P = 0.0162).
