The current study was designed and aimed to assess the serum detection of the proteins (adropin and afamin) and MBD biomarkers (calcium, phosphorous, and Vitamin D) in the study, including the CKD patients with CKD stages 1–2, CKD stages 3–4, and CKD stage 5. This evidence concerns the gene AFM and Marchiafava-Bignami disease.
