IFNG and neoplasm: Intratumoral administration of dual-armed MyxV_CD47/IFN-γ demonstrated significant anticancer efficacy, with average tumor growth inhibitions of 84.1% compared to the vehicle (mock) control group, and 69.6%, 73.6, and 68.4% tumor growth inhibition compared to MyxV_0100, MyxV_CD47, and MyxV_IFN-γ, respectively (Figure 3B).
