Accordingly, the quantification of the loricrin-positive KCs revealed 46.7 ± 13.7% of total cells in control, 86.7 ± 12.1% in ASC-CM (p < 0.001 vs. control), and 80.3 ± 14.3% in TGF-β1-treated KCs (p < 0.001 vs. control) (n = 6) (Figure 7B).
