Accordingly, the quantification of the flow cytometric analyses of the CK10-positive KCs revealed 43.0 ± 5.21% positive cells in control, 31.2 ± 5.4% in ASC-CM (p < 0.01 vs. control), and 22.5 ± 3.3% in TGF-β1 (p < 0.001 vs. control)-treated KCs.
