In this study, we used large‐scale cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC) diagnostic images and molecular profiles from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, found that the level of pituitary adenylate cyclase‐activating polypeptide (PACAP) in tumour tissues was positively related to the PNI status in cervical cancer. This evidence concerns the gene ADCYAP1 and cancer.
